4XC-W Trinocular inverted metallographic microscope

The trinocular inverted metallographic microscope 4XC-W is used to identify and analyze the combined structures of various metals and alloy materials. 4XC metallographic microscope is used to identify and analyze the combined structure of various metals and alloy materials. It is widely used in factories or laboratories to identify the quality of castings; inspect raw materials or analyze the metallographic structure after material processing; and study some surface phenomena such as surface spraying. It is an effective means for metallographic analysis of steel, non-ferrous metal materials, castings, and coatings; geological petrographic analysis; and microscopic research on compounds, ceramics, etc. in the industrial field. It is an instrument for metallurgy and materials science to study the organizational structure of materials. It is also widely used in biology, medicine, and teaching.

The microscope host can be equipped with a high-definition CCD camera system, and the computer processes, edits, saves, and outputs (such as printing, etc.) images or enters multimedia systems and e-mails. If it is further connected to the computer operating system of the metallographic analysis software, it can also further study and analyze the metallographic spectrum, or make precise measurements of the image, and multi-functional image morphology analysis, statistics, and output graphic reports. The optional "Metallographic Automatic Analysis System 2015" is a computer software system specially developed for units or individuals engaged in metallographic inspection. Its basic principle is: use hardware devices such as video capture cards or digital cameras to collect metallographic images from metallographic microscopes, and then process and analyze the images to obtain relevant inspection results.
