Anti-slip coefficient tester

The anti-slip coefficient detector of steel structure inspection equipment is suitable for the anti-slip coefficient inspection of the friction surface of 10.9-grade and 8.8-grade high-strength bolt connection pairs, high-strength large hexagonal head bolt connection pairs, and the anti-slip coefficient inspection of the friction surface of the torsion shear type high-strength bolt connection pairs (torsion shear special wrenches need to be specially ordered), testing and research.

◆High-strength bolt connection pair: a general term for high-strength bolts and matching nuts and washers;

◆Anti-slip coefficient: the ratio of the external force that causes the friction surface of the connection to slide in the high-strength bolt connection to the sum of the pre-tension of the high-strength bolts perpendicular to the friction surface;

◆ll-test LCD microcomputer dynamometer, with four physical channels, 6 groups of 24 logical channels.

◆Parameter backup, recovery function, peak hold function, automatic calibration function.

◆High-strength large hexagonal head bolt specifications: M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30.

◆ Specifications of torsion shear type high strength bolts: M16, M20, M22, M24.

◆ In order to facilitate users to connect to the computer, an RS232 interface is set up (need to be ordered separately), which can transmit data to the computer, and after further processing, print the test report.
