WDW-100G microcomputer-controlled cup buckle tester has national standards built into the test program, GB15831-2006 "Mechanical properties test method for steel pipe scaffolding fasteners", GB/T24911-2010 "Mechanical properties test method for cup buckle steel pipe scaffolding structure", JGT503-2016 "Test method for socket-type disc buckle steel pipe scaffolding", and hundreds of other standards, and can customize standard methods for users. It is mainly used for mechanical properties testing of steel pipe fasteners, including anti-slip and anti-destruction tests of right-angle fasteners and rotating fasteners; rotational stiffness test of right-angle fasteners; tensile test of butt fasteners; compression test of base, and upper cup buckle strength test, lower cup buckle welding strength test, cross bar joint strength test, cross bar joint welding strength test, and adjustable support compression strength test of cup buckle steel pipe scaffolding fasteners. This equipment is widely used in steel pipe fastener production enterprises, quality inspection units, colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, arbitration units, etc.
Main machine structure:
The machine adopts a double-space door structure, and the test space can be interchanged. The beam can be lifted steplessly. The transmission part adopts arc synchronous toothed belt and screw pair transmission, which is stable and low in noise. The specially designed synchronous toothed belt deceleration system and precision ball screw pair drive the moving beam of the test machine to achieve gapless transmission.

One set of docking interface tensile attachment, base compression attachment, right-angle fastener torsion bending stiffness attachment, and right-angle and rotary fastener anti-slip test attachment.
