Bolt wedge load test fixture

The bolt wedge load test fixture is carefully designed and manufactured by our company according to the relevant national standard GB/T3098.1-2010, using special materials. It can be combined in different ways to perform bolt wedge load tests and ordinary tensile tests, bolt guaranteed minimum tensile load tests, and nut guaranteed load tests. The fixture can be clamped into the jaws of the universal testing machine by connecting the pull rod, and various tensile tests can be performed. Ordinary hydraulic universal testing machines do not need to add or change other devices.

The high-strength bolt test fixture is carefully designed and manufactured by our company according to the relevant national standard GB/T3098.1-2010, using special materials. It can be combined in different ways to perform bolt wedge load tests and ordinary tensile tests, bolt guaranteed minimum tensile load tests, and nut guaranteed load tests. The fixture can be clamped into the jaws of the universal testing machine by connecting the pull rod, and various tensile tests can be performed. Ordinary hydraulic universal testing machines do not need to add or change other devices.

1. Maximum tensile force of wedge load test: 696kN (M30-10.9s)
2. Minimum tensile load test of bolts: 583kN (M30-10.9s)
3. Guaranteed load test of nuts: 583kN (M30-10.9)
4. Guaranteed load test of bolts: 466kN (M30-10.9s)
Remarks:
High-strength bolt test fixtures above M30 and below M10 need to be specially ordered.
