5000nm high strength bolt detector is controlled by microcomputer

   LJZ-1000P high-strength bolt detector is a new type of bolt torsion test equipment independently developed by Liling Company. This equipment mainly detects the high-strength bolt connection pair, and can detect the axial force and torque (or torque coefficient) of the large-hexagonal head high-strength bolt connection pair (M12-M39).

The equipment is automatically loaded by cycloidal pinwheel reducer, linear guide rail, all Chinese operation interface, microcomputer control of high-strength bolts automatic tightening, relaxation, reset, intelligent operation process prompts, easy and fast operation. When the axial force reaches the standard setting value, the detector will automatically record the detection data, and automatically calculate the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the sample through the computer, and can display the output torque coefficient, axial force curve, torque curve, etc., and has the function of parameter setting, calibration, data report print-out and query.
